With the premium package, Rawtech Trade will negotiate, book, and coordinate the logistics but the buyer will still be responsible for the charges. With the premium package, Rawtech Trade will cover all negotiation, booking, coordination, and costs of logistics for the buyer. Please note we do not sell Ex Works at the moment. We deliver locally within the UK, Europe and globally.

Rawtech Trade is an intermediary between the buyer and supplier. An invoice will be generated from Rawtech Trade with our bank details to conduct payment, along with the terms and conditions to protect the buyer and the supplier.

Our dedicated logistic team closely monitors every shipment. We try our best to deliver the load on the scheduled date. If due to unforeseen circumstances, your shipment is delayed, you will be informed by our agent. Also, you can track your shipment under your order ID.

We only work on CNF shipment terms; our logistic team will arrange shipments for your order at the best possible price. We have a tie-up with the best logistic companies and ensure the best logistic rates.

We only work on a CNF basis. Once we hand over the shipping documents to you, you are responsible for local clearance, import charges, etc.
